HSPG & Associates is a public accounting firm providing Audit, Tax and Consulting services to select clients. The Firm’s four partners, Patrick Hollingsworth, Mark Sheets, Eric Percival, and David Gaither are all certified public accountants and have a combined 85 years of public accounting experience. They are complimented by 19 professional staff including 11 CPA’s.

HSPG Partners

Patrick Hollingsworth has over 18 years of experience in accounting and auditing and is the managing partner of Assurance and Attestation for HSPG & Associates. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Pat served as the financial executive for a venture capital backed software company. Pat also enjoyed a 10 year career with the international firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP, including Auditing and Assurance Senior Manager. Pat has provided services to public companies, private companies, not-for-profit companies, universities, and government entities. Pat’s responsibilities also include leading the Firm’s internal control consulting practice specializing in assisting public companies in their compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002.

Mark Sheets is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. Mark had previously been a tax partner with Bonney, Percival & Sheets, PC for over 16 years. Mark began his career with the international firm Ernst & Young LLP (Arthur Young at the time) in 1983. He excelled with the company and was ultimately promoted to a Senior Manager in their tax department before leaving the company to start his own firm.

Eric Percival is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. Eric had previously been a tax partner with Bonney, Percival & Sheets, PC for over 16 years. Eric began his career with the international firm Price Waterhouse. Eric joined the tax department of Ernst & Young LLP (Arthur Young at that time) in December 1984. He was promoted to senior manager in 1990, a position he held until leaving to become a principal with Bonney, Percival & Sheets.

David Gaither is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. David has 27 years of experience in audit, finance and corporate accounting including experience with companies in high growth situations. David started his career with the international firm Ernst & Young LLP (Arthur Young at the time). David has worked as Director of Accounting for a publicly held company responsible for all accounting functions and personnel. He has also served as CFO of an internet service provider during a registration for an IPO. He has significant experience in designing, implementing and monitoring the processes and procedures for financial accounting systems, internal and external reporting systems and internal control systems.
