Patrick Hollingsworth is a founding shareholder of HSPG. He serves as the Director of Assurance for HSPG. His previous experience includes serving as the financial executive for a venture capital backed Software Company, and 10 years with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, including Auditing and Assurance Senior Manager. Pat has provided services to public, private, not-for-profit, universities, and government entities. Pat’s responsibilities also include leading the firm’s internal control consulting practice specializing in assisting public companies in their compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley act of 2002. Pat is also a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

Eric Percival is one of HSPG’s founding shareholders and is Director of Tax Services. He began his career with Price Waterhouse, and eventually joined the tax department at Ernst & Young, LLP. Eric provides tax consulting and compliance services in a variety of industries including oil and gas, health care, and real estate for corporations, closely-held businesses, trusts, and individuals. Eric graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1981 from Oklahoma Christian University. He is also a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

David Gaither is a founding shareholder of HSPG. He has served in the areas of audit, finance and corporate accounting including experience with companies in high growth situations. He started his career with Ernst & Young, LLP. David has worked as Director of Accounting for a publicly held company responsible for all accounting functions and personnel. He has also served as CFO of an internet service provider during a registration for an IPO. David is the Director of Accounting Services, and has significant experience in designing, implementing and monitoring the processes and procedures for financial accounting systems, internal and external reporting systems and internal control systems. He is a 1981 graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. David is also a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

Matt Cole joined HSPG in 2014 as a senior manager, and became a shareholder in January of 2018. Prior to joining HSPG, Matt provided assurance services as a partner for a large local accounting firm in Oklahoma City. His previous experience also includes several years as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche, LLP, both in Oklahoma City and in an international office. Matt has worked with diverse clients in public and private industries. He has served clients in the not-for-profit, governmental, higher education, insurance and oil and gas industries, among others, and is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University. Matt has participated as a member of Leadership Oklahoma City’s Signature Program, and has served in a voluntary finance leadership role for various charitable organizations.

Andy Cromer joined HSPG in 2020 after 20 years as a partner with another local accounting firm. Andy works extensively with local governments including municipalities and Indian tribes, as well as higher education, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Andy is a member of the OSCPA and AICPA and is a frequent speaker at OSCPA sponsored conferences and events. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1990.

Beth Anderson joined HSPG in 2009. Her experience before joining HSPG includes internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance at large companies. She serves on the management team working with a variety of clients including oil and gas, large partnerships, and large net worth family groups. Beth is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University with a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration, Accounting. She is also a Certificated Internal Auditor and is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

Kerry Morton rejoined HSPG in July 2024. She previously worked for HSPG from 2012 through 2015 before moving to the Pacific Northwest for a brief stint. Kerry has over fifteen years of tax experience, specializing in high net worth individuals and closely-held businesses. She enjoys helping her clients tax plan and achieve their goals. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy degree from Oklahoma State University. She is a member of the AICPA.
